How to Book Sessions and Collect Payments Using a Single Link

You can collect payments from clients and book sessions using a single link in Payfunnels. Follow the steps below:


  • Log in to your Payfunnels account and navigate to Calendar > Events.
  • Click on the + Add button.

  • Select the Meeting option.

  • Enter the Meeting Title and Description, and set the duration.
  • Select a Team Member if you want to create the same event in their account.

  • Choose the meeting Location and select the Meeting Type (One-time or Recurring).

  • Enable the ✅ Add Payment Option if you want to make this event chargeable.

  • You can add One-time payments, Recurring payments, or Payment Plans.

  • After configuring the payment, adjust any additional settings as needed and click Save.
  • Once saved, a booking link will be generated. You can share this link with your customers, allowing them to book a time slot and complete the payment in one place.


What Your Customers Will See


  • When customers open the link, they will see the checkout page.
  • First, they need to select their time zone, date, and time slot.

  • In the final step, they will enter their payment details and complete the payment.
