How do I Set 'Payments Limit' on the link?

  • You can now set a payment limit on your links in PayFunnels. This is especially useful when you’re selling limited spots, event tickets, coaching sessions, or any product with restricted availability.
  • For example, if you want to limit a particular payment link so that only 10 customers can make payments, you can easily do that. Once the set limit is reached, the link will automatically stop accepting new payments and display a custom message of your choice, such as “Sold Out”, “Limit Reached”, “Registrations Closed”, or anything you prefer, at checkout.

Below are the Steps to Set a Payment Limit:


  • While creating or updating the payment link, go to the advanced option and you will see the Payment Limit toggle. Below is the screenshot.
  • When toggle this option, you will see an option to set limit and the expiration message.  

  • When someone makes a payment through this link, you can view the payment count under the Payments section by opening the payment link.
  • You can also refund any payment processed by a customer. Once you initiate a refund, the reserved spot associated with that payment is automatically released, allowing a new customer to make a payment and reserve the available spot. Below is the screenshot for your reference.

  • Once the seat limit is reached, new visitors will see the following message on the checkout page.
