How do I Integrate Payfunnels with Notion?

You can now integrate Payfunnels with Notion and keep all your payment links, customer details, subscriptions, and transaction information organized inside your Notion workspace.

  • To connect Payfunnels with Notion, log in to your Payfunnels account and go to Integrations under the Billing tab. From there, click on Connect with Notion.

  • Once you click on Connect to Notion, you will automatically be redirected to Notion. At this stage, you will be asked to log in to your Notion account (if you are not already logged in) and allow the necessary permissions for your account and your workspace.
  • After you grant the permissions in Notion, you will automatically be redirected back to your Payfunnels account. You will then see that your Notion workspace is successfully connected. Refer to the screenshot below.
  • If at any point you want to disconnect your Notion workspace, you can do so easily by clicking on the Disconnect button. This will immediately remove the connection between Payfunnels and Notion.

  • Now, after successfully connecting Payfunnels with Notion, go again to the Integrations section in your Payfunnels account. Here, you can enable the sections for which you want to send data to Notion.
  • For example, if you want to create a Payments table/database in Notion, simply toggle the Payment Table option to enable it.

  • Once you do this, a new database will be created in your connected Notion account automatically and every time a payment is processed in your Payfunnels account, the information will automatically be sent to Notion. You can see how the table/database looks in the screenshot below.
  • This includes details such as Title, Created At, Currency Code, Customer Email, and other fields you selected under Notion Integration in your Payfunnels account.

  • You can click the 'Select Fields' button and choose the fields based on the data you want to send to Notion. This allows you to customize the data that pass to your Notion database according to your specific needs.
  • In addition to automatic syncing, you can also manually sync information from your Payfunnels account by using the Sync Payments button. This ensures your Notion database is always up to date with the latest payment records. See the screenshot below for reference.

  • When you click on Select Fields, you will see all the available fields. You can choose the ones you need to send information in Notion according to your requirements.

  • You can enable and send other information from Payfunnels to Notion like Payment links, Customers and Subscriptions.
