Integrate Payfunnels with Make.com

Follow the steps below to integrate Payfunnels with Make.com:

  • Log in to your Make.com account and click "Create a new scenario."

  • Search for and select "Payfunnels" under the Apps section.

  • After selecting Payfunnels from the app list, choose the event you want to watch.For this example, select "Watch Create Payment Link."

  • Currently, we support the following Triggers & Actions to watch:

  • Triggers:
    • Watch the First Recurring Payment
    • Watch Failed Payment
    • Watch Successful Payment
    • Watch Deleted Payment Link
    • Watch Created Payment Link
    • Watch Updated Payment Link
    • Watch One Time Setup Fee Created
    • Watch One Time Setup Fee Updated
    • Watch One Time Setup Fee Deleted

  • Actions:
    • List Payments
    • Refund Payment
    • List Subscription
    • Cancel a Subscription
    • List One Time Setup Fee


  • After selecting the event, you will be prompted to create a webhook. Click on "Create a Webhook."

  • Set a name for your webhook and click "Create a connection."

  • You will now be asked to enter your API Key and Account ID for this connection.

  • To Generate your API Key and ID:
    • Log in to your Payfunnels account.
    • Navigate to Billing > Integration > Make Integration module.
    • Click the "Generate" button to receive your API Key and Account ID.

  • Copy and paste the API Key and ID into the connection fields in Make.com.

  • After entering the credentials, save both the connection and the webhook. Your Payfunnels connection is now set up successfully.

  • Next, add another module and select the app where you want to send or watch the data.

    For example, choose Google Sheets and select "Add a Row" to receive data from Payfunnels.

  • You will be prompted to connect your Google account. Click on "Create a connection," give it a name, and proceed to authorize your Google account.
  • After a successful connection, you’ll be asked to select a spreadsheet from your Google Drive, sheet name etc.
  • Then, map the values you want to capture in the sheet—such as ID, URL, Type, Title, Description, etc. Click Save to finish.

  • Your scenario is now ready to run. Once it’s active, anytime a new payment link is created in your Payfunnels account, the data will automatically be sent to your Google Sheet.
