How do you create multiple products on a single invoice?

You can now create multiple products under the same invoice in Payfunnels, allowing you to upsell and generate more revenue within a single transaction.

  • To get started, click on New Invoice, select the Multiple Products option, and then choose an Invoice Type, One-Time, Recurring, or Payment Plan. (See the screenshot below.)

  • For this example, we’ll select One-Time, then click on + Add Product to add the first product. If you want to allow customers to choose multiple products at checkout, simply toggle the corresponding option on.

  • Next, enter the Product Name, Description, and Amount, then save it.
  • At this stage, you have three additional options to customize the product further.
  • The Quantity option allows customers to purchase the product in multiple quantities.
  • The Set as Default option lets you designate a default product if multiple products are listed in the invoice.
  • Lastly, the Upselling toggle enables you to add additional upsell options or add-ons to maximize revenue. (See the screenshot below.)

  • Once the first product is created, you can add more products under the same invoice by clicking + Add Product and repeating the previous steps. Below is the screenshot.

  • You can continue adding as many products as needed, all under a single invoice, making it easier to offer multiple options to your customers.

  • After finalizing the products, simply save the invoice, and you’re done!
