How do I enable 'Adaptive pricing' for customers?
Adaptive Pricing is now available in Payfunnels, allowing customers to pay invoice in their local currency based on their IP address. For example, if your base currency is USD and you send an invoice to a customer in Canada, they will be able to pay the invoice in their local currency, CAD.
- Currently, the 'Adaptive pricing' option is available for one-time invoices only.
- To enable 'Adaptive Pricing', go to Settings under the Billing tab, and you will see an option. Simply toggle and click on the save button and that's it. Below is the screenshot.
- When you enable the Adaptive Pricing option in the settings, it will be enabled by default for new invoices.
- If needed, you can disable it from the advanced options while creating or updating an invoice. Below is the screenshot.
- When you send an invoice to your customers, they will see two different prices, as shown in the screenshot below:
- To ensure accurate pricing, customers will see currency conversion on the invoice checkout page with real-time exchange rates.
