How do I set Invoice Expiry in Payfunnels?

Setting an expiry date for invoices will make the invoice inactive.


  • You can set the expiry date when creating an invoice or by updating an existing one. To enable invoice expiry while creating the invoice, click on the new invoice and fill out the invoice information like product/service name, description, invoice type, invoice currency, etc.
  • Now click on the advanced options, locate the "Expiry Date" option, and toggle to set the desired date. You can also display the expiration message you want. We have included the screenshot below.

Extend Invoice Expiry / Re-activate expired invoices:


  • You can extend invoice expiry or re-activate expired invoices by following the same steps while updating the invoice.
