How do I send Invoices to Customers via Email from Payfunnels?
You can now send invoice/ short invoice links to customers directly via email in just a few clicks. Below are the steps:
- Please open the invoice you want to send your customer and scroll to the bottom and, you will see the 'Send Invoice' button. Below is the screenshot.
- Click on the 'Send Invoice' button and you will see the options to add your customer's email.
- You can also update the email subject and email body. Please add the invoice link if you decide to use your own email body.
- Enter the email of your customer and click on the Send button. Below is the screenshot.
- Your customer will receive an email with the invoice URL and will be able to make payment by entering their name, email, and payment information. Below is the screenshot.
- You can track email activity, including delivery status, customers opening the email, clicking and viewing the invoice, and making the payment by accessing the activity tab on the Invoice link. Below is a screenshot.
