What is the Cancel and Reschedule policy in Calendar?

Using the 'Cancel and Reschedule policy' you can allow your customers to cancel/reschedule their bookings for the events. Simply, you can set a time limit where your customer/participant can cancel/reschedule bookings in the event before that time limit.

  • To enable the 'Cancel and Reschedule policy' option, go to settings under the Calendar tab, go to the 'Cancel and reschedule policy', and you will see the 'Cancel and Reschedule policy' section.
  • Toggle to enable options and set timing according to your requirements and in the end, click on the Save button.

  • After enabling the 'Cancel and Reschedule policy' option, when your customers book their slot in the event, they will receive a confirmation email with the 'Cancel and Reschedule policy' notes. See the below screenshot.
  • (Note: Please make sure that 'Confirm Schedule' notifications are turned on for participants in the 'Notifications' under the Calendar section.)
  • Customers can Cancel/reschedule their booking from the confirmation email using the 'Reschedule or Cancel' buttons.

  • You can edit/update those notes from 'Settings'.
