Integrate Google Meet with Payfunnels

Adding Google Meet in Payfunnels:

You can now Integrate 'Google Meet' with your Payfunnels account to schedule meetings and webinars(Free/Paid sessions) with your clients.


Below are the steps for adding 'Google Meet' in Payfunnels:

  • To integrate Google Meet with your Payfunnels account, click on the 'Calendar', go to the 'Integrations' section and you will see the different options. Here, click on the GOOGLE MEET.

  • Now, you will be asked to log in to your Google account and allow permissions OR if you are already logged in, you will automatically redirect to the permission page.

  • After allowing permission, you can see that 'Google Meet' is now connected. Below is the screenshot.

  • Now set the Timezone, Availability, Date & Time format, etc under 'Settings' according to your business and location.

Usage:

You can create meetings and webinars(Free/Paid sessions) for your customers using this Google Meet integration.


Create meetings(Free/Paid) for customers:

  • After successful integration, go to the 'Calendar' and click the 'Add' button to create a new event(Meeting/Webinar). Let's create a meeting here.
  • Click on the 'Meeting' and continue to the next step.

  • Enter the meeting title and description.

  • Now, set the duration, location(Google Meet), meeting type, etc, and save the event.
  • Please create it as a public event, so, it can be visible to your customer on a company-specific URL.

  • After you save the event, please go to the schedule 'Settings' and you will see the 'COMPANY SPECIFIC URL', copy that URL and send it to your customers.


The booking process from the Customer's side:


  • Once the customer opens that URL, they'll be asked to select the team member with whom they want to book the meeting session.
  • Note: If the owner does not have multiple team members, then the customer will be redirected to the events page.

  • After choosing a team member, select an event/program and click next.

  • After clicking on the event, the customer will be asked to choose a slot date and time.

  • Then, at last, they have to enter their name, and email and click on the 'Schedule event' to book the session, that's it.
  • Customers can also add the guests if it is allowed by the owner in this event.

  • You can see that the event has been scheduled successfully.
  • Customers can cancel or reschedule the booking using the 'Reschedule' and 'Cancel' buttons.

  • The customer also receives booking confirmation via email. They can cancel/reschedule the booking from this email using the 'Reschedule' and 'Cancel' buttons.

  • On the other hand in your Google account, you will see that the meeting has been scheduled.


Disconnect Google Meet from your Payfunnels account:


Below are the steps to disconnect Google Meet from your Payfunnels account:

  • To disconnect Google Meet from your Payfunnels account, click on the 'Schedule', go to the 'Integrations' section and you will see the disconnect option under Google Meet.

  • Click on the 'Disconnect' button, that's it. Google Meet is now disconnected from your Payfunnels account.
  • You will also receive this confirmation via email that Google Meet is now disconnected from the Payfunnels account.
