How do I create Webinar in Payfunnels?

You can now create Events(Free or Paid) like meetings and webinars in Payfunnels. Below is the video and steps on how to create Webinar in Payfunnels:


  • To create a 'Webinar', go to the Calendar section, and click on the Events. You will now see the '+Add' button under the search bar. Below is the screenshot.

  • Click on the '+Add' button and, you will see 2 options, Meeting and Webinar. Let's create a Webinar here. Click to select  'Webinar' here and continue.

  • Enter the Webinar title and description, set the webinar duration, and select the team member if you want to create the same webinar event in their account.

  • Set the Date & Time and Location for this event. Below is the screenshot.

  • Then choose the other options according to your needs as listed below:
    • Enter the number of 'Seats' you want to allow to register for this event.
    • ✅Mark Unlimited Seats option if you don't want to limit seats for this event.
    • ✅Select Display Seats on booking page option if want to show number of available seats to audience.
    • ✅Select Add payment option if you want to make this event chargeable.
    • ✅Select  'Public event', if you want to list and show this event on your company URL/public URL.
    • ✅Mark 'Active' to make this event active otherwise this webinar will be inactive.
    • Set the checkout theme.  
    • Add 'Reminder duration' to remind participants about this event/webinar via email and click Add, that's it.  

  • After saving the webinar, you will see that the booking link is generated. You can send this link to your audience and they can easily register and book their seats in this webinar. Below is the screenshot.
