How to change the billing date on a subscription?

You can now update the billing cycle on Recurring subscriptions.

  • To update the billing cycle, please go to the Subscription section and open the subscription you want to update. Scroll to the bottom and you will see an option as 'Update Billing Cycle'.

  • Click on the update billing cycle option and you will be asked to select and set a new billing date.
  • Set the new date and click update, that's it.

  • You will see that updated date in the 'Upcoming invoice date' column.

Note: Currently, the 'Update Billing cycle' option is available for only recurring subscriptions.
